Refund & Cancellation

At Mama Organic, we aim to make our exchange and cancellation process clear and convenient. Please review the following terms before requesting an exchange or cancelling an order.

Exchange Policy

Products purchased in-store or online may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is available and the applicable exchange conditions are met.

For an exchange:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The original price tag must remain intact.

  • The original purchase receipt must be provided.

  • Our staff will verify the product and purchase receipt before approving the exchange.

  • Once approved, you may select another product as a replacement.

  • Any exchange will be subject to a price adjustment based on the price originally paid for the product.

  • Sale products are non-exchangeable.

Exchange for Online Orders

If a product was purchased through our online store, you must contact our customer support team by email within 30 days of purchase so your request can be reviewed.

If the product is defective:

  1. Contact our customer support team as soon as you receive your order.

  2. Attach clear images of the defective product to your email.

  3. You may receive a verification call regarding your exchange request.

  4. If the product is confirmed as defective, a TCS or Call Courier rider may collect the product.

  5. The returned product will be verified at our warehouse.

  6. Once verified, a coupon equal to the price of the product will be issued.

  7. The coupon can be used for a future purchase through our website.

The complete exchange process may take up to 7 business days.

You may also return the product through a TCS or Call Courier Store and contact us on our UAN number so the product can be sent to our warehouse.

According to the provided policy, pick-up charges are borne by the company.

Online Purchase Compensation

For products purchased online, an approved exchange will be compensated through a coupon equal to the price originally paid for the product.

The coupon may be used for a future online purchase.

Please note:

  • The coupon will have an expiry period.

  • It should be used before it expires.

  • The coupon is stated to be valid after 15 days of issuance.

Refund Policy

Mama Organic does not offer cash refunds.

Eligible online product claims are compensated through an exchange or coupon according to the conditions stated above.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been processed.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and the applicable exchange policy will take effect.

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Cancellation by Mama Organic

Mama Organic reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Item is out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Credit card payment errors or declined payments

If an order has already been shipped, the exchange policy will apply.
