At Mama Organic, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order, please review the terms below.

Return Policy

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a replacement or refund.

If you change your mind about a product and no longer wish to use it, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Proof of purchase or order details must be included with the return.

  • Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return an Item

To request a return:

  1. Take clear pictures of any damaged or faulty items you wish to return.

  2. Email us at sales@mamaorganic.pk and attach the product pictures.

  3. Include the reason for the return, your order number, and the names of the items being returned.

  4. Pack the products in their original packaging with the seal intact.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a coupon equal to the value of the returned item.

  6. Any applicable return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

Mama Organic offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The seal remains intact.

  • The product packaging has not been tampered with.

Important: Items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received is different from the one ordered.

How to Exchange an Item

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at sales@mamaorganic.pk.

  2. Include the reason for the exchange, your order number, and the names of the items you wish to exchange.

  3. We will send your selected replacement item to your address.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 days, so cancellation requests should be made promptly.

Cancellation depends on whether the order has already been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
