Order Confirmation

After placing an order through www.mamaorganic.pk, you may receive an order confirmation via email, message, or call containing the details of your purchase.

Important: Your order is confirmed only after confirmation by phone. Please make sure your mobile phone is available so our team can contact you.

If we are unable to confirm your order after 3 calls, the order will automatically be cancelled.

This confirmation process helps us verify orders and avoid issues where an order may have been placed by mistake or is later reported as unauthorized.

Once your order is confirmed, we proceed with processing and dispatch as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally sourced from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, our Customer Support Representative will contact you by phone to inform you about the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping charge of Rs. 149 applies to orders across Pakistan.

Domestic Shipping

For deliveries within Pakistan, we work with Leopard to ship parcels to customers' provided addresses.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 4 to 5 working days

  • Other cities: 6 to 7 working days

Shipping Address

Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Please provide complete and accurate address details. An alternative address or the name of a nearby well-known place may also be required to help ensure successful delivery of your order.
