1. Wet your body thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Dispense a small amount of Mama Organic 1% Salicylic Acid Body Wash onto your palm or a soft washcloth.
3. Apply over the body, focusing on rough, oily, or blemish-prone areas such as the back, chest, shoulders, arms, or thighs.
4. Massage gently over the skin without aggressive scrubbing.
5. Allow the lather to remain on the skin for approximately 30–60 seconds.
6. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
7. Pat the skin dry gently with a clean towel.
8. Begin with once-daily or every-other-day use, depending on skin tolerance.
9. Follow with a body moisturiser, especially if your skin feels dry.
10. Apply sunscreen to exposed treated areas during daytime use.
