Worst Experience

This is absolutely pathetic.

First, I placed a prepaid order, and after waiting, you told me the item was sold out. I had to ask for a refund, which you luckily processed.

Still, I gave your company another chance and placed a second order via Cash on Delivery, BIG mistake.

It’s been more than TWO WEEKS and I haven’t received anything. And now, to make things worse, you have the audacity to send me an email saying the order was delivered 10 days ago and asking me to share my experience? What experience? The experience of waiting endlessly and getting NOTHING?

No one in my house received anything. No parcel. No call. NOTHING.

Stop misleading your customers. This is the second time you've messed up my order. Either get your act together or shut down your business. I'm extremely disappointed and will make sure others know how pathetic your service is.

Don’t bother sending follow-up emails unless you plan to resolve this properly.

I am looking for extremely gentle shampoo as possible for myself and I am adult living in Islamabad means that here tap/shower water is severely hard. So in this context, will this shampoo works good for me? ..... Though I plan to do shampoo twice in one go and allow shampoo leather to stay on head for few minutes while massaging in ++ but gently for maximizing cleansing effect as I know that its baby shampoo so if adult is using it specially in hard water context, more mechanical effort is necessary.
