2. Take an adequate amount of Mama Organic Ubtan Body Butter into your palm.
3. Rub gently between your hands to soften the texture.
4. Massage evenly over the body using circular motions.
5. Focus on dry, rough, or dull-looking areas such as elbows, knees, heels, hands, and feet.
6. Continue massaging until fully absorbed.
7. Use once or twice daily, especially after bathing and before bedtime.
8. Apply a slightly richer layer to very dry areas when needed.
9. Use sunscreen on exposed body areas during the daytime.
